about

Three Dollar Shoe have been together now since 2012 recently completing a 5 year residency of Waxy O' Connors Sunday night performances right in the heart of London.

The band are Adam Mace, Adrian Lever and James Gavin (formerly Jerry Bloom) on mandolin/banjo, guitar and fiddle respectively with singer Ruth Corey, a native of County Tyrone. Her vivacious and soulful voice has been applied to many a genre, including sellout gigs with London drone choir NYX, but her heart belongs to the songs passed down to her.

Between them they have toured Europe, graced the sessions and folk clubs of the UK, and rocked stages from the Barbican concert hall to Union Chapel alongside numerous festival appearances. With their dexterous playing and uplifting presence. with an array of tunes and songs from around the Ireland and across the Atlantic and into Europe.
